JFMI includes the work of others:
* The Java Native Access (JNA) package, which is released under LGPL, see
lib/jna-license.htm
* FMUSDK, which is released with a BSD license, see
org/ptolemy/fmi/driver/fmusdk-license.htm
* JUnit, which is released with a Common Public License, see
lib/junit-license.htm
At runtime, only JNA is required.  FMUSDK and JUnit are used for testing only.
